BIOS update MSI 970AG45 / amd es klappt nicht

Hallo , ich wollte mal nach Jahre mal BIOS updaten und hatte es noch nie gemacht.
Mein Problem ist dabei ich hab es runtergeladen https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/970AG45.html und die neueste update ist eine exe datei.
Ältere Version wie z.b 1.1 die kann ich über BIOS M-Flash machen und hat auch geklappt.
Nur das Version ist halt sehr veraltet von 2012 und würde es gerne mal aktuell halten.
was genau mach ich da falsch kann mir da jemand helfen.

Steht bei den Versionen ab 2.2 und aufwärts doch mit dabei

Note
* Please download and execute the file in USB pen drive only.
System will restart several times to update system BIOS with NVRAM & ROMHOLE.
Please DO NOT remove the USB pen drive until BIOS updated successfully.
* Please make sure you have read the SOP before you update the BIOS.
* MSI recommend you to update BIOS only if you are using Windows8.
* There is no way to reflash back to BIOS version 1xx if you already updated to version 2xx.

So wie ich das verstehe soll ich es auf dem stick ausführen, das hab ich gemacht rüber kopiert und entpackt und doppel klick.
The file could only be executed in usb pen drive .
Please copy the file to your usb pen drive then run the file again!

Ich verstehe das nicht ganz genau mit der übersetz mit englisch

Datei runter laden, auf dem PC entpacken, die .exe Datei auf nen leeren USB Stick laden und dann starten (am besten per rechtsklick drauf und als Admin ausführen)

Ja genau so hab ich es ja gemacht, und ich hab gedacht ich mach die ganze zeit was falsch aber dann kommt das,

Fat32 oder NTFS?

es war NTFS , hab beides formatiert und klappt trotzdem nicht

Es nutzt ja nichts wenn Du es formatierst, es muss eine FAT32 Partition sein und nicht NTFS.
