Vorweg, bevor ich den Fragebogen ausführlich beantworte:

Meine Standard-BIOS-Settings sind BIOS-Settings 3 (RAM via XMPP auf 2.400, CPU OC).
Ursprünglich ging ich davon aus, dass es sich um ein Software-Problem handelt und hatte einen Thread im Windows 10 Forum. Nachdem ich dank der dortigen Hilfestellung das Problem weiter untersuchen konnte, habe ich festgestellt, dass ich nicht nur Bluescrerens sondern auch Fehler in memtest86 und Prime 95 26.6 habe. Daher gehe ich nun davon aus, dass es sich um ein Hardware-Problem handelt, wahrscheinlich Speicher, Speicher-Controller der CPU oder Mainboard.
Heißtester Kandidat war zwischenzeitlich der RAM-Takt. Als ich diesen von 2.400 auf 2.133 reduziert waren die Fehler nach anschließendem Neustart (ohne den PC vom Strom zu trennen) weg. Allerdings sind sie heute weiterhin weg, obwohl ich sowohl RAM-Takt 2.400 als auch CPU OC wieder aktiviert habe.
Vorweg eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse (3.1 RAM-Test, 3.2 CPU-Test), um die einzelnen Infos besser einordnen zu können:

3. Welche Schritte hast du bereits unternommen/versucht, um das Problem zu lösen und was hat es gebracht?
Nach den 3 Bluescreens vom 7. - 8.3. habe ich:
Was ich bewusst noch nicht gemacht habe, ist ein BIOS Update von 1401 (2016/11/15) auf 1801 (2017/11/24 ) bzw. das Beta-BIOS 2101 (2019/07/17).
Zur Testumgebung:
BIOS-Defaults:
3.1 RAM-Test: memtest86 (ohne plus)
4 RAM Bausteine (ich benenne sie nach dem ursprünglichen Slot): RAM D1, RAM C1, RAM B1, RAM A1
Zwischen den Tests wurde der PC vom Strom getrennt.
Test 1: BIOS-Defaults, memtest86 über alle 32 GB RAM -> 2 Fehler in Pass 2, 6 Fehler in Pass 3, 2 Fehler in Pass 4
Test 2: BIOS-Defaults, memtest86 über 08 GB RAM, RAM D1 in Slot D1 -> keine Fehler
Test 3: BIOS-Defaults, memtest86 über 08 GB RAM, RAM C1 in Slot D1 -> keine Fehler
Test 4: BIOS-Defaults, memtest86 über 08 GB RAM, RAM B1 in Slot D1 -> keine Fehler

- Bluescreens traten vom 7.3. - 9.3. sowohl in meinem üblichen Setup (siehe Hardware) als auch unter BIOS Defaults für Mainboard, CPU und RAM auf.
- Am 9.3. traten unter Memtest86 10 Fehler unter BIOS Defaults auf. In diesem Test waren alle 4 RAM-Module verbaut. Einzeln getestet traten keine Fehler auf.
- Am 12.3. traten unter Memtest86 unter identischen Bedingungen (alle 4 RAM-Module, BIOS-Defaults) wie im ersten Test seltsamerweise keine Fehler auf. Sprich, memtest86 scheitert im ersten Testlauf und einige Tage später im gleichen Testlauf nicht.
- Prime95 26.6 Fehler traten am 12.3. unter BIOS Defaults für Mainboard, CPU und RAM auf. Sie traten mit einem reduziertem RAM-Takt (2.133 MHz) am gleichen Tag nicht mehr auf. Am 13.3. traten sie sowohl unter BIOS-Defaults auch auch OC-Einstellungen nicht mehr auf.
