Alsa sound problem

hallo zusammen,

ich habe die seperaten alsa-driver emerged und dann alsaconf laufen lassen. alsaconf gibt zwar zum schluss die meldung es würde alles passen .. allerdings kommt vorher diese meldung:

oder andere zusatzt infos , könnte man dir auch helfen aber so .

solltest du ubuntu nutzten (was mir MEINE glass kugel sagt) den gehe auf http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/ ins fourm bzw im wikki stehen viele sachen innen über alsa, ich muste zb irgend was in der Linux config um ändern und aus ner 1 ne 2 machen für HD sound karte von "MAxsound"
aber ist zu lange her , steht aber alles im wikki .

sollte meine glass kugel recht haben ;-)

Es gibt nur ein System, dass 'emerge' verwendet: Gentoo + Derivate
Außerdem steht da ja in den Logs auch Gentoo im Pfad.

Der Treiber geht wohl nicht. Vllt falsch kompiliert? Hast du eventuell zu scharfe CFlags eingestellt? Bei O3 könnte ich mir derartige Fehler schon vorstellen.
Emerge das nochmal, aber dieses Mal mit anderen Einstellungen.

Müsstest die Vorgehensweise bei dir noch anpassen, damit du das über Portage laufen lassen kannst.

Der Fehler kann einige Ursachen haben. Zeigt der Symlink /usr/src/linux auf die Quellen des aktuell laufenden Kernels? Oder hast Du vielleicht einen anderen, älteren gebootet? Hast Du alle alsa Treiber im Kernel deaktiviert?
Was mich aber eher interessiert, warum überhaupt die separaten Treiber? Ich nehme mal an, daß es sich um Onboard Sound handelt, Intel HD Audio deutet darauf hin, die Chips werden alle auch von den Treibern im Kernel unterstützt. Ich nutze den Treiber auch (Realtec Soundchip auf Gigabyte GA-X38-DS5), er läuft problemlos, seit Linux 2.6.24 (aktuell unter Gentoo ist 2.6.24-gentoo-r2) ist im Kernel auch Support für die einzelnen Chips als Option beim Intel Treiber auswählbar.

@ e-Laurin:falsch compiled den ich mal nicht, und emerged hab ich es auch schon öfters .. was meinst du mit O3?

@frankpr: Die Symlink quellen laufen alle auf den aktuellen Kernel. Ich habe heute auf den 23-r9 upgedated kann aber darüber noch nichts sagen.. werd es aber sobald ich geschaut habe machen. Im Kernel ist mit absicht nur der sound card support aktiviert. Was auch der grund für die seperaten treiber ist, da mein freund n macbook hat und am anfang genau das selbe problem hatte, was er aber nach mehreren monaten gefix hat. Das selbe hab ich jetzt auch probiert, allerdings kommt da eben diese meldung ... braucht ihr noch irgendwelche infos oder so?

mmhh noch mal danke für die mühen .. nach dem kernelupdate ging es mit den seperaten treibern, somit war einfach nur der kernel zu alt.. trotzdem danke für die post (bis auf spykill .. solche leute mag ich nicht)

Thema O3:
Na ich meine das hier

(Das hast du doch sicher schon mal gesehen, oder?)

O3 kann sehr schnelle Programme erzeugen. Die können dann aber möglicherweise nicht richtig funktionieren. Drum wird O2 empfohlen.

Die Betonung liegt auf kann. Durch O3 werden Anwendungen aber auch größer, wodurch das Laden von der Festplatte und der Speicherverbrauch steigt. In der Regel macht O3 wenig Sinn, O2 reicht völlig aus.
