All the Ryzen 5000 CPUs are currently not available for (pre-)ordering, because we're only activating the order button once we actually have some stock. There is no way for us to predict when this happens and we are deliberately not offering any notification features, which would only result in too many orders and too many complaints. Also, every time we enable them for ordering, the maximum number per customer is 1 due to the extremely low stock levels. If you want to save shipping costs, which is understandable, I can only advise you to wait until the supply problems are solved at some point in the future.
