I have an issue with Control with gpu usage on specific level. Research area. I am using RT HIGH,1440P > DLSS 960P. So when i am on battle with enemies my gpu usage drops to 80-90% and fps are like 80-90fps. I compared with somebody on youtube and someone on 720P with 2080 ti and 9900 have there the same fps like me and he have 98% gpu load.
So why i have lower gpu load and the same fps? Thanks

that place ---> 10:57 sec

Maybe game issue?I dont have any background process.

Why i am bottlenecked on 10850K when that person have 99%gpu load on 9900?

Because this person uses a 2080Ti with much lower CPU-load I guess. Your 3090 produces more fps resulting in higher CPU-load. You´re comparing apples with oranges.

Looking at (admittedly older) benchmarks tells me Control doesn't really benefit from having more cores past a certain point, so there shouldn't be a big difference between 9900 and 10850. Though your 3090 can certainly push more than 50% higher FPS than a 2080ti in that title. So while his 2080 ti might be almost fully utilized your 3090 doesn't have to be if it's also a CPU bottlenecked scene.

Its a cpu limit, the rtx3090 has 52% more gpu power and the cpu cannot hold up
Only solution is a cpu with more ipc and clock.
Example r9 5900x at 4,9ghz slightly faster than a core i 10850k maybe 5%-10%

Last question. When i switch to 720P from 1080P i dont have any fps gain. My gpu load is lower than on 1080P but fps remain the same. Why is this normal?Danke

Your CPU prepares frames to be rendered by the GPU. Your CPU does not care about resolution, just by lowering resolution you can't shift your CPU-Limit, however you can lower the load on your GPU.
