Datalogic FalconX4: Software installieren

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe hier einen Datalogic FalconX4 Barcodescanner mit Windows CE 7.
Darauf würde ich gern eine Anwendung installieren.
Im Prinzip klappt das auch, bis man am Scanner einen Cold-Boot durchführt.
Dann ist die Anwendung plötzlich verschwunden.

Installiert wird die Anwendung über eine Dockingstation.
Die Flashdisk wird mir dann als normales Laufwerk an meinem Win10-PC angezeigt.
Ich kopiere die CAB auf die Flashdisk, trenne die Verbindung zum PC und installiere die Anwendung nach \Program Files\
Anschließend funktioniert auch alles, wie es soll.
Mache ich dann einen Cold-Boot, ist die Anwendung wieder verschwunden.

Hat zufällig jemand Erfahrung mit den Barcodescannern und kann mir helfen?

Hört sich danach an, als wäre ein Schreibschutz aktiv.
Ich würde mal im Benutzerhandbuch des Gerätes mal schauen ob es etwas dazu gibt.

Im Handbuch find ich leider nichts dazu.
Hab auch schon das halbe Internet abgesucht aber nichts dazu gefunden.

Die Stelle habe ich auch gefunden, hilft mir aber nicht wirklich weiter.
Hab meinen Fehler aber gerade gefunden.
Man darf wohl nicht nach \Program Files\ installieren sondern auf die \FlashDisk\
