Doom DooM 3 PB updaten schlägt fehl

Einen schönen Mittag allerseits!

Ich habe ein kleines Problem bezüglich Doom 3 mit Punkbuster. Wenn ich auf einen Server connecten möchte, der PB aktiviert hat, bekomme ich nach kurzer Zeit diese Meldung:

OK, PB muss geupdatet werden, dachte ich mir. Also pbsetup.exe ausgeführt und leider hab ich da festgestellt, dass es keinen Eintrag mehr für Doom 3 gibt. Dann hab ich noch eine pbweb.exe im Web gefunden. Die hab ich auch mal ausgeführt, er konnte aber zu keinem Server connecten.

Ich habe hier mal den Auszug aus der Log-Datei:

Ingame habe ich mal generell die PB Version herausgefunden: Client v1.090 | A0.
Doom 3 an sich hat die Version 1.3.1.

Kann mir jemand helfen, wie ich Punkbuster für Doom 3 manuell updaten kann oder lohnt sich der Aufwand eigentlich nicht mehr so wirklich (ich meine, 1 oder 2 Server von den wenigen, die noch laufen, haben PB aktiviert)?

Das Spiel wird nicht mehr von Punkbuster unterstützt.

Wenn du dennoch einen Server mit aktiviertem PB findest, musst du dir beim Serverbetreiber die passende Version besorgen.

Dort gibt es die aktuellsten Doom 3 PB-Dateien. Registriert, runtergeladen und schon bleib ich auf einem Server mit PB drauf.
