Dubiose iPhone Angebote

im Folgenden fasse ich einmal zusammen weshalb ich euch um eure Meinungen bitte.
Ich habe am 10.11.2013 auf Ebay sehr dubiose iPhone Angebote entdeckt ( 5S, 16gb 350€, 32gb 400€ und 64gb 450€ ).
Nun, damit kann was nicht stimmen dachte ich mir direkt doch als ich das Ebay Profil sah wurde ich stutzig, ca. 500 Bewertungen durchweg positiv, die Bewertungen sehen nicht gefaked aus.
Was direkt komisch war, man sollte den Verkäufer per Email kontaktieren, welche im Verkaufsthread angegeben war.
Aus reiner Neugier hab ich dies getan und erhielt auch Recht schnell eine Antwort, hier der Schriftverkehr.

Er möchte es also über Amazon laufen lassen, so weit so gut, also habe ich nachgefragt wie das ganze denn funktioniert:

Nun frage ich mich wo denn da die Sicherheitslücke ist, kann man auf diese Weise überhaupt betrügen?
Relativ klar ist jedoch, er will betrügen, für den Preis kriegt man solch ein Gerät sicherlich nicht und wenn es sich um eine Fälschung handelt, was spricht dagegen es einfach zurückzuschicken und das Geld von Amazon zurückzubekommen?
Ich würde mich über einige Meinungen freuen!

ich weiss nicht, ob die dinger auf der ganzen welt genauso viel kosten wie hier in europa.
siehe Microsoft Lizenzen.
Handelt es sich um Geräte die für den Euro Markt gebaut wurden?
Dann kannst du immernoch die Ebay Sheriffs bemühen sich den Verkäufer anzuschauen.

Mir sind auch schon solche realitätsfremden Angebote aufgefallen. Hier wollen die bis zu 900 Euro für so ein Ding.

immer das selbe spiel ... versuchen das irgend ein doofer kommt und geld im voraus auf irgendein bankkonto überweist. also finger weg! traumpreise gibts nicht!

Da kann etwas nicht stimmen,wenn du mich fragst. Ich bin bei iPhones nicht erfahren genug um abzuschätzen, wie hoch die Wahrscheinlichkeiten stehen, dass es sich um

a) Hehlerware
b) GooPhones o.ä.
c) Betrug ohne Lieferung irgendeiner Ware
d) Geräte, die den Qualitätscheck in der Fabrik nicht bestanden haben

handelt. Aber gerade letzteres würde ich höchstens noch bei weniger bekannten Auftragsgebern vermuten, Apple wird wahrscheinlich wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen haben, um das in Umlauf bringen (teil)defekter Geräte zu verhindern.

Ich kann dir nur empfehlen, die Finger davon zu lassen, wenn deine Risikofreude nicht allzu groß ist.

EDIT: Dann wird es wohl ein Versuch sein, an deine Amazon-Payment-Daten zu kommen (aus dem Link über mir). Finger weg!

Danke euch, in dem Amazon "Thread" findet sich Eins zu Eins die Email wieder, welche ich bekommen habe.
Somit ist es offensichtlich das etwas nicht stimmt!

Mein Freund und alle anderen die diesen Thread verfolgen! Bitte beherzigt folgendes:

Wenn ihr Payment Services á la Paypal, clickpay, Amazon Payments, etc. nutzt werdet ihr niemals nach den Bankdaten gefragt. NIEMALS

Ihr werdet immer gebeten Geld zu überweisen! Solltet ihr das machen, werdet ihr euer Geld niemals wieder sehen.

Somit beherzigt bitte, besonders bei solch hochpreisiger Ware, immer über Händler zu kaufen und die gängigen Zahlmethoden, die abgesichert sind zu nutzen.

Wenn ihr auf Zahlungsseiten weitergeleitet wird kontrolliert das Webseitenzertifikat!!!
