Windows Server 2008 R2 Exchange Snapshot löschen hängt bei 92%

Unser Exchange Server hängt sich jeden Tag beim Snapshot entfernen auf. Das komische ist das es immer bei 92% ist. Es ist auch immer nur 1 Snapshot der entfernt wird weshalb es keine Speicherplatz Probleme geben dürfte.

Ich weiß echt nicht wodran das liegen könnte.

Anscheinend ist es ein bekanntes VM-Ware Problem:

(Nach 1 Stunde googln findet sich wenigstens ein ähnliches Problem)

Hoffe aber immernoch das hier bei CB jemand ist der ne Lösung hat.

Auszug aus einem Blog:

"At the end of the commit the VM needs to be frozen for a short while to be able to process the last writes without having the create another snapshot file. This is called stun/unstun

The commit process can have a negative effect on the performance of virtual machines during backup. I have seen cases where users could not login to servers because at that time a snapshot commit was done and the backup job was running. In vCenter Server the text ‘ Remove snapshot’ with status 95 %. The process seems to be stuck at 95 % for a long time. As soon as the backup job was aborted the performance issues were over."

Nun stellt sich mir die Frage wie kann ich dem entgegenwirken?

Aus meiner Sicht müssen wir das löschen vom Snapshot in die Nacht verlegen da wir zum Teil die Lösungsvorschläge von der Seite schon auprobiert haben.
