Grafikkarte defekt?

Hallo, ich habe in letzter Zeit Probleme bei 3D-Anwendungen mit meinem PC. Er stürzt mit unterschiedlichen Fehlermeldungen nach einer kurzen Zeit ab (Bluescreen). Aber eben nur bei Spielen zum Beispiel, ansonsten läuft der Rechner tadellos (auch den ganzen Tag).

Intel Core2Duo E8400 @ Standard
Gigabyte EP45-DS3R @ aktuellstes BIOS
Radeon X1950XT @ Catalyst 3.11
X-Fi Extreme Music
4 GB OCZ Gold XTC OCZ2G8001G (4x1GB)
2 x Samsung F1 750 GB (nicht im RAID)
850 Watt Netzteil
DVD/CD Brenner und DVD Laufwerk

Also wie gesagt, Problem tritt erst seit kurzer Zeit auf. Habe mir zu Beginn meiner Aufrüstung nur den Intel, das Board und 2 GB von den OCZs gekauft. Wenig später noch 2 GB dazu, habe diese aber im Internet gekauft. Problem trat aber erst ca. 1 Monat nach Kauf des 2ten Dual-Channel Kits auf.
Memtest habe ich durchlaufen lassen. Dieser brachte zu beginn einige fehler direkt nacheinander und stürzte dann zwischendruch ab. Temps der Grafikkarte schwanken unter Belastung zwischen 80 - ca. 93° C (mit Everest ausgelesen). Als das Problem bestand hatte ich den BIOS Treiber aktualisiert und danach ging es einige Tage, aber nun kommen wieder diese Bluescreens mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Fehlermeldungen. Habe bereits mehrer Spiele getestet, dabei fiel mir bei der DEMo von Left4Dead auf, das es streckenweise Bildfehler gab, welche nach einem Neustart des Spiels weg waren. Generell sonst keine Bildfehler in Spielen aber die Abstürze bei allen getesten Spielen (BiA, CoD 4, CoD World at War, CSS, L4D). Beim System Stability Test von everest stürzte er auch ab, habe diesen aber nach meinem BIOS Update nicht noch einmal durchlaufen lassen.

Kann ich davon ausgehen, das sich die nun 2 Jahre alte ATi verabschiedet oder könnte es doch am relativ neuen RAM liegen?

Ich hoffe das reicht und ich habe den richtigen teil kopiert.

Der RAM läuft soweit sehr gut...also wie gesagt, der PC stürzt im 2D Betrieb nicht ab, auch wenn er dauerhaft läuft. Ich kann Surfen, Musik hören, Arbeiten (Programmieren z. B.) ohne Probleme.
