Hallo,
ich hatte eine Festplatte die ich zurück zum Hersteller schicken musste. Sie war auch noch in Garantie und bei der Eingabe des Fehlercodes von SeaTools wurde mir auch direkt gesagt, dass ich die Festplatte zurück schicken soll. Heute habe ich dann folgende Mail erhalten. Aber ich frage mich, was genau bei diesen beiden Punkten gemacht wird:

Total Expected Not Received Qty : 0
Total Discrepant Quantity : 0
Total Return Unrepaired Quantity : 0
Total OOW Charges : 0.00

Your Order Reference Number is 1003414490.
This document details the RMA as received. If there are any differences from the Order Acknowledgement, please amend your records accordingly.
If your Return Acknowledgement above shows the Total Return Unrepaired Quantity (RUR) greater than 0, then we have determined that your RMA includes products that are not covered by Seagate's warranty and Seagate has no obligation to replace these products. Your warranty claim for these products has therefore been rejected as invalid.
