Is my 9700K fine? Weird fps drops before restarting Assassin Creed Oddysey

Hi. Today it happened,when i launch game from ubi store,AC Oddyssey.
In Athens i was getting fps drops from 80fps to 45fps and again to 80fps. Gpu load drops from 95% to 50% many times.
In next location ( forest ) the same drops.

I restarted game and its fine. Any ideas why that happened and why i had to restart game?

Do u speak german aswell?

Anyway, check ur clockspeed from the CPU and the Temps of the Cores aswell, could be thermalthrottling.
The second you restart your computer, the temperatur of the CPU can drop significantly (my 4790 goes from 75°C to 45°C in just a few seconds - load to no load)

You should monitor your temps and disk usage in case it happens again.
A frame drop can have many causes, throttling or background tasks etc.

For someone with so many PC problems you seem to be running very little monitoring software.
Go install MSI Afterburner or HWinfo and go figure that stuff out yourself or at the very least provide some kind of data to allow us to make an educated guess if you can't interpret it yourself.

it´s an known issue, especially if you install your game on a ssd - the faster the harddrive, the more fps drops you´ll get

because this game was optimised for xbox one and ps4 with their slow HDDs

Clock during drops was normal 4600mhz and temps 50C. I just restarted game ( Not PC ) and its ok. So why restart game helped?Yeah but why fps was randomly fluctuating between 40fps-80fps? 40-80fps up and down. I restarted game and its ok.

He's active in many forums worldwide, but I'm not judging. I just don't get his "I left Metro Exodus running for 24 hours and it crashed" and "I left Control running for 12 hours and it crashed" threads. I mean, we're mostly using consumer hardware and that's just not meant for scenarios like that and may degrade under these circumstances.

Hey. I resolved. I turned off UPLAY during game and no drops.
