Komme nicht über 1607 weg. Seit Monaten fehler beim Upgrade!

Hallo zusammen

ich wollte gerade eben wieder Windows 10 64 Bit auf 1709 upgraden. Wieder ist er bei 45% mit der Meldung "Could not configure one or more components" abgebrochen. Nun habe ich den Log gefunden kann aber nicht sagen was bzw. warum er aussteigt. Kann mir jemand helfen und sagen, was ich noch alles machen soll?

Sfc etc. habe ich alles schon gemacht. Hat alles nichts gebracht. Jemand nen Durchblick beim Log?

ist genügend freier Speicherplatz ?

ansonsten deutet einiges darauf hin das bestimmte Treiberbibliotheken das Problem verursachen, evtl. mal alle Display und Chipsatztreiber deinstallieren und dann das Update fahren.

40Gb sind frei. Irgendwie ist sehr oft Net Framework 4.5 und IIS Service. Habe laut Windows aber Net Framework 4.6 und IIS ist aktiviert. Soll ich beides mal deaktiveren?

Brache ich mehr GB?

IIS sollte man überhaupt nicht aktivieren, wenn man den nicht braucht. Das ist der Microsoft Webserver.

40 GB könnten schon zu wenig sein. So ein Update auf einer neuen Version ist wie eine Neuinstallation mit der Migration der vorhandenen Daten und Programme. Und dem sichern der alten Windows Version. Und je nachdem, was Du da so installiert hast, ist das zu wenig.

Bin beim PC vom Bekannten auch genau daran verzweifelt. Falls Du nicht allzu viel Arbeit mit Installation von Programmen und Datenübernahme hast, würde ich das Ding auch platt machen. Mit Media Creation Tool von Microsoft einen USB-Stick erstellen und schon läuft die Kiste wieder.

@BlubbsDE Mein Tochter hat eine 120er SSD drin und hatte noch 26GB frei. Das Upgrade lief ohne Probleme.

Na und. Wie viel Platz so ein Upgrade braucht liegt eben daran, was man so installiert hat und ob man die 32 oder 64 Bit Version von Windows nutzt.

ich teste mal mit 82 GB, deaktiviertem Net F 4.6 und Net F 3.0 sowie deaktiviertem IIS.

Mal schauen obs klappt.

Jedenfalls neu herunterladen. Hatte auch bis gestern Probleme mit der Installation (wenn auch mit der letzten Insider Version=Testversion) auf einem dezidierten Gerät ??. Installiere neu. Plattenplatz ist möglicherweise knapp; zu knapp.

Entweder mal die Problembehandlung durchlaufen lassen oder wie oben bereits genannt, Windows neu installieren. In diesem Fall über das Microsoft Creation Tool die aktuelle Windows Version runterladen.

ich habe ein System mit Code auf dem Gehäuse. Dann per USB Stick eine Iso Laden und per Bootreihenfolge im UEFI ändern neu aufsetzen?

den USB Stick einrichten. Von ihm booten, am Anfang der Installation die Partitionen deines Laufwerks löschen und Windows installieren. Den benötigten Key von Deinem Aufkleber ablesen.

Zuvor natürlich die persönlichen Daten sichern.
