So, ich habe es tatsächlich geschafft! Nun kann ich am zuverlässigen PC weitermachen.
Habe hier auf dem Marktplatz ein Macbook Pro 15" aus 2010 gekauft. High Sierra ist drauf. Ist meine erste Berührung mit Mac. Bin aus diversen Gründen nicht begeistert, aber was ich gerne in den Griff kriegen will sind ein flackernder Bildschirm (kurz vor Absturz) sowie die o.g. darauffolgende Fehlermeldung.
Die Abstürze passieren unabhängig von Netz- oder Akkubetrieb (Akku neu, drei Zyklen)...

Was kann ich tun?

Was kann ich tun?

Im Grunde das @ghecko geschrieben hat, generell sind alle Macbook Pros bis etwa 2015 potentiell von GPU Problemen betroffen, entweder sind die GPUs, die geliefert wurde Schrott oder sie wurden schlecht verlötet bzw dessen Spannungsregulatoren. Hab unzählige schon auf dem Schreibtisch gehabt, mehr als 60% waren ein Fall für den Elektroschrott, bzw als Teilespender für andere Macbooks, die andere defekte hatten.

Der flackernde Bildschirm könnte noch andere Ursachen haben, wie Kabelbruch, LVDS Stecker am Logicboard im Eimer oder generell ein Displayschaden, das muss nicht unbedingter Weise mit dem GPU defekt zusammenhängen.

Der Verkäufer möchte es nicht zurücknehmen. Thread ist hier im Marktplatz zu finden. Es war auch nicht wirklich dolle verpackt, zwar in OVP aber sehr(!) dürftig mit Luftpolster.
Es wurde verkauft als einwandfrei. Wenn etwas kaputt sein sollte, sei das mein Problem, entweder habe es die Post oder ich verursacht. Der Verkäufer ist im Übrigen @merlin123 . Kauft dort nicht.

Soweit ich weiß muss ein Privatverkäufer explizit die Haftung ausschließen, damit es zu deinem Problem wird.

Wow das man hier noch öffentlich schlecht reden muss...
Ich hatte das Macbook sehr lange ohne Probleme in Betrieb, meine Frau auch. Vor dem Abschicken haben wir beide daran noch getestet und alles Gewissenhaft verpackt. Direkt nach Erhalt soll ein Fehler aufgetaucht sein, der davor niemals existiert hat, direkt nach dem auspacken. Das Paket wurde sorgsam zur Post gebracht, ab der Post hafte ich nicht (bei solchen vermutlichen Hardwareschäden kann ich nicht ausschließen, das dieser auf dem Transportweg Schaden genommen hat).Hilfe habe ich bereits über PN angeboten...
