Das war die Fehlermeldung die Windows ausspuckte,

Und wollte ich euch fragen ob jemand weiße welche Hardware defekt ist bzw welcher Fehler mir hier angezeigt wird

Vorab kam es vor das ich einen kurzen Freeze bei battlefield 4 hatte (3 sekunden lang blieb bild und ton stehen dann ging es normal weiter )

Fast ! ähm welche BIOS Version ist auf dem Mainboard ? Und ist ein XMP Speicherprofil im BIOS für DDR3-1600 Mhz aktiviert ? Findest alles in CPU-Z.

BIOS ist so i.O. , mußt im BIOS schauen ob du ein XMP Profil aktivieren kannst.

nuja bei dawn of war II siehts im menü sehr seltsam aus pinker hintergrund und iwas mit video memory zu lesen ingame funktioniert alles soweit
 
Würde schätzen VRAM der Graka defekt , bzw. kannst ja nochmal ältere Treiber probieren wie den 331.65 z.b. oder 314.22 !?
