Nach Win 8.1 Installation komme ich nicht mehr auf das Dektop

Hallo zusammen.

Ich habe ein riesiges Problem...als ich gestern das Update zu Win 8.1 Installieren wollte ging mir auf einmal mein Laptop mitten bei der Installation aus,von da an laueft garnix mehr !!!

Ich bekomme immer wieder den selben Fehlercode 0xc000021a sobald ich nur neustarte.

Habe nun alles moegliche ausprobiert,abgesicherter Modus usw. usw. selbst die Systemwiederherstellung funktioniert nicht obwohl es Wiederherstellungs Dateien gibt!

Dort wird mir aber dann sobald ich die Wiederherstellung starten will dieser Fehlercode angezeigt 0x80070002

Ich weiss mitlerweile nicht mehr weiter =(

Ich besitze auch leider keine Reperatur CD von Win 8,da ich leider ein vorinstalliertes Betriebssystem drauf habe und ich von meinem Laptop Hersteller damals beim Kauf keine Recovery CD oder aehnliches erhalten habe.

Bin echt verzweifelt momentan da ich einfach nicht mehr auf meine Dateien zugreifen kann...daher waer ich fuer jede Hilfestellung dankbar!

Lad dir ein ISO deiner Win8-Version (Standard, Pro, ...) runter und installier neu. Simple as that.

Daten vorher mit einer Linux-Live-CD sichern.

Nunja, wenn man sich damit nicht auskennt, dann sollte man auch keine Beta-Versionen von Betriebssystemen installieren.

Hast du schon einmal versucht einen älteren Wiederherstellungspunkt zu wählen?

Wenn du auch kein Backup gemacht hast, wird die sauberste Alternative eine Neuinstallation sein bzw bei deinem Rechner wird sicher eine Recovery-Partition vorhanden sein, die du durch Knopfdruck beim Starten aufrufen kannst.

Ich habe die Win 8 64bit Standard Version drauf.

Woher bekomme ich denn diese ISO Datei und wie installiere ich sie auf ein USB Stick oder einer DVD ?

Dann nutz die hoffentlich von dir erstellte Systemwiederherstellungs DVD(s).

Damit sollte eine Wiederherstellung ggfs. Neuinstallation des Systems unter Rückgriff auf die Recovery-Partition möglich sein.

Und die Windows 8.1 Preview nutzt man nicht auf einem Produktivsystem!

Und man erstellt sich VOR der Installation solcher BETA-/ Vorschau-Versionen ein Backup/ Image!
