nextcloud startet nach debian buster upgrade nicht mehr

Hi,

habe heute mein Linux Server auf debian buaster geupgraded. Hat auch alles ganz gut geklappt, aber nextcloud startet jetzt nicht mehr. Es kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

Jep, merkwürdigerweise get es immer noch nicht. Aber in der Fehlermeldung steht weiterhin memcache, dabei habe ich die Option in der config php ausgeklammert

Habs lösten können. Nach Upgrade war php mit php7.3 verlinkt, gleichzeitig aber auch php 7.0 installiert und apache2 hat noch das php 7.0module genutzt. php-Module nachgeladen und aktiviert und jetzt geht es.
