Hello,
I have no sound on the left speaker of my headphone when it is plugged at the front panel.
when plugged rear it works.
when plugged headphones into the desk speakers logitech 2+1 it works.

my desk speakers logitech 2+1 are plugged at the rear panel it works fine.
when I plug the headphones at the front I get sound only from the right speaker of the headphone.
System newly setup with all drivers.

I have changed front panel audio connector settings from hd audio to AC97 and vice versa.

I would appreciate it very much if anyone have an advice, as I do long gaming sessions after everyone is asleep and I cant hear from desk speakers at night, not to make all neighbours and family upset.

What happens if you plug the Logitech 2.1 into the front panel? I suppose a cable has lost connectivity to the headphone jack internally or on the front panel Plug on the Motherboard. That would explain why you are only hearing one side when using the front panel.

I had loose connections through broken connectors in different cases multiple times. Did you try to sway the headphone jack in the connector?

Wieso nicht in deutsch? O.o

Hi,
Hi if one of both deskspeaker and headphones plugged back work properly.
if one of both plugged at the front panel, only sound from right speaker either deskspeaker or headphone.
checked by using slider in realtek audio menu.

p.s. english because to reach as many people as possible. ı need a solution to my problem.

Your front panel jack or the Connector to the Motherboard is broken.
You will need to check all the Cables from the Connector. Since it is usually Hardwired to the Computercase, the only other Solution would be a new case or a USB Soundcard that you plug into your front USB.

Hi,
ı wanted to check the cables because this was my second thought, but ı didnt know how to the that. all cables from front audio panel are connected to one plug which is connected to AAFP port on my mobo. the connector is fitting properly and as far as ı can see the pins are all are NOT broken on the AAFP port. is there a some kind of software solution to check all instances.

ı do have three older soundcards, unfortunately all pcı and do not have a port to connect the front audio panel. ı guess that they are pretty old.
