I have returned my order 1976188 and it was delivered back to caseking marts, 01 2021. I have not yet got any information if my Right of withdrawal is being proccesed or accepted? it whould be very nice to know if and when my refund will be issued :-)

you can see in your tracking that the return was delivered on Monday. Please give us some time to process the return. This can take up to 7 business days at the moment. You'll be notified via e-mail once we issued an internal refund. Afterwards it will take 3 to 5 business days until we transferred the amount back to the original payment method.
