was steht in den logs?
(syslog, /var/log/pve/, etc )

Meint das IO Wait? Kenne diese ganzen deutschen uebersetzungen nicht.. screenshot? Zeig gern mal iotop.

Für SATA: sudo smartctl -a /dev/sda

Code:
Aug 03 11:17:01 pve CRON[2670270]: pam_unix(cron:session): session opened for user root(uid=0) by (uid=0)
Aug 03 11:17:01 pve CRON[2670271]: (root) CMD (cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.hourly)

Aug 03 11:21:51 pve smartd[865]: Device: /dev/sdd [SAT], SMART Usage Attribute: 194 Temperature_Celsius changed from 110 to 111
