PS 5 - NAT Type 3

Hi everyone, first of all I apologize that I'm posting in English, my German is really not that good.
I have seen some posts on this, but I can't get through my problem. I have a FritzBox 7490 and my NAT type is always 3.
I have forwarded the required ports, I even run it on the exposed mode, but nothing changes and I'm not able to connect to my friends to play.
Can anyone help me with this?

If this is the case, you must contact your internet provider. This usually means that your provider uses Dual Stack Light and your IP address is not accessable from outside.

I guess that's the case. I tried to learn more after posting this and I've come to the conclusion that this is provider-related.
