RAM: 4GB kit
CPU: i3-530
Graka: nvidia GT 330
NT: 350W FSP Group
HDD: WD10EARS
Mobo: MS7616 Ver:1.0

probierte Lösung: sfc /scannow
Überprüfung 100% abgeschlossen.
Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat keine Integritätsverletzungen gefunden.

Ich hab ehrlich gesagt nur deine Überschrift durchgelesen, aber was nie schaden kann, ist einen memtest zu machen und somit deine RAM auf Funktions zu überprüfen.
