Sysprep schlägt fehl - Windows 10 VMWare Workstation

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe die offizielle Win 10 Home ISO heruntergeladen und in einer VMWare Workstation Umgebung installiert.
Ansonsten habe ich keinerlei Änderungen an der Maschine vorgenommen.
Dann wollte ich ein "sysprep.exe /generalize /shutdown" vornehmen, sodass ich das Image dann auf weitere PC´s verteilen kann.
Dies schlägt bei mir allerdings fehl.

Die Log Datei sagt folgendes:

1. Hast du korrekt in den Überwachungsmodus gebootet, d. h. beim ersten Start Strg+Umschalt+F3 am Willkommensbildschirm gedrückt? In dem Zustand bootet Windows immer zum Desktop mit offenem Sysprep-Fenster.
2. Die erste Zeile liest sich, als ob du die Twitter-App installiert hast. Du darfst keine App aus dem Windows Store aktualisieren bzw. installieren, da diese mit einem Konto verknüpft wird: https://msdn.microsoft.com/de-de/library/windows/hardware/dn938334(v=vs.85).aspx

Die im Log erwähnten Apps mit Powershell (Remove-AppxPackage) entfernen, dann geht es.

Z.B. die hier:

Okay, es war eine komplette clean Installation, die Apps hat es wohl selbstständig mitinstalliert.
Ich werde es heute Abend mal kurz versuchen und Rückmeldung geben. Vielen Dank!

Bingo, Twitter & die extrem wichtige CandyCrushSaga app wurden gelöscht und es hat funktioniert :-)
