T-bred nur 1,5V Vcore?

Hi!
Mein Kumpel hat sich jetzt einen 1800+ T-bred gekauft. Als er im Bios die Grundeinstellung machen wollte ist ihm aufgefallen, dass der CPU nur mit 1,5V Vcore arbeitet. Das system ist auch nicht stabil sondern stürzt immer ab. Woran kann das liegen?

hab leider keine antwort auf deine frage....jedoch würde mich interessieren wie sich das k7s5a mit den t-breds verträgt?!

die angabe muss nicht falsch sein, schau mal bei http://www.hardtecs4u.com/ vorbei, die hatten mal vor einem monat eine zusammenfassung aller xp-prozessoren mit core-voltage und leistungsbedarf, oder halt bei amd selbst, die haben auf jeden fall pdf-dokumente zu ihren prozzis, hab jetz aba kein link sorry

von niedrig getakteten t-breds war ja schon viel die rede, bloss hat sie bis jetz keiner gesehen, auf jeden fall sollte er bei 1,5V weniger abwärme produzieren gemäß P=U²/R, wobei P=Leistungsaufnahme des Proz, U=Core-Spannung, R=elektr. Widerstand des Proz (als sehr grobe Rechnung, aba verdeutlicht, dass die Spannung ein entscheidener Faktor für die erzeugte Wärme ist!)

AMD also issued the official list of changes:

1. CPU ID change from 680 to 681;
2. Die size increase from 80sq. mm to 84sq.mm;

6. Processor core voltage changed from 1.50V to 1.60V (seems to be an effort to improve the yield);
7. Added FSB_Sense pins to the processor package;

Nur zur Info
Die T-Breds 1700+ und 1800+ haben 1,5 Volt Vcore oder 1,6 Volt im B0 Stepping.
Evtl wird das Board nicht unterstützt, zum Betrieb von T-Breds.
Welches Board ist es denn?

thx für die antworten. Also es ist das gleiche board wie ich habe und das müsste die eigentlich korrekt unterstützen mit dem neuesten Bios

Also laut dem Bericht bei Hard Tecs 4U muss das ein t-bred A sein. Die haben laut der Tabelle da 1,50 standard Vcore.

Das K7S5A veträgt sich sehr gut mit den T-Breds. Ich betreibe einen XP2400+ problemlos auf dem Board (BIOS-Vers. von ENDE Oktober glaub ich). DAs Board befeuert ihn mit 1,65V, so wie es sich gehört.
