TCP/IP Protokoll verschwunden

Hallo Leute,

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen da mein Wissen in dem Gebiet sehr begrenzt ist. Folgendes Problem:

Ich hatte an meinem Laptop (XP SP3) das Problem, dass ich keine WLAN Verbindung mehr herstellen konnte. Ich war ein paar Monate weg und in der Zeit kam ein neuer Router ins Haus - es gab ne Umstellung. Nachdem ich die neue IP und alles eingestellt hatte konnte ich aber immer noch kein WLAN empfangen, was davor eigtl. immer ging.
Dann hatte ich versucht ein Treiberupdate (Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG) runterzuladen aber bei der Installation kams zu Problemen. Nach einer Deinstallation war dann auf einmal das TCP/IP Protokoll weg und ist bis dato auch nicht aufgetaucht -.-

Im Gerätemanager wird der Netzwerkadapter (heißt das so?) erkannt. Wenn ich jedoch auf die Eigenschaften des Intelchips klicke, dann steht bei "Connect using" nichts in dem Feld drunter (da sollte ja eigentlich die Bezeichnung Intel PRO bla bla stehen). Wenn ich per "install" ein Protokoll hinzufügen will funktioniert das auch nicht.

Im CMD unter ipconfig stellt er bei den ganzen Adaptern (local area conn., wireless network conn., bluetooth network conn.) "media disconnected" fest.
Ich suche und suche aber nichts hilft...

Hat vielleicht einer von euch eine Idee? Oder ist die einzige Möglichkeit das System komplett neu zu installieren?

Start -> Systemsteurung -> System -> Gerätemanager -> Ansicht -> Ausgeblendete Geräte -> Nicht PnP -> TCP/IP

Dort sollte das Protokoll vorhanden sein -> Deinstallieren und Reboot.

PS: habe hier nur eine Win7 Kiste , sollte aber ähnlich zu XP sein

Danke erstmal für die schnelle Resonanz.

Bei der normalen LAN Verbindung ist das TCP/IP Protokoll noch da, nur bei dem WLAN Dingens nicht.
Und das mit dem Deinstallieren des TCP/IP Treibers hat nicht funktioniert. Nun ist der ganz weg und auch nicht wieder aufgetaucht...

Das mit dem reset hab ich auch schon getestet (sofern ich's richtig gemacht habe) aber nachdem ich die Befehle ausgeführt habe ist auch nichts passiert...

Und was passiert über -> Start -> Ausführen -> cmd -> netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt ?
Der Inhalt der resetlog.txt wäre wichtig

Da ich unterwegs bin habe ich das Logfile nur überflogen. Ich kann nichts ungewöhnliches finden.
Im Gerätemanager ist kein TCP mehr vorhanden ?

Was passiert wenn du die Intel Wlan Karte im GM deinstallierst und neu startest ?

Mh, als der TCP/IP Protokoll Treiber ist wieder aufgetaucht (nach 3 Neustarts).
Ich habe die Wlan Karte deinstalliert. Nach dem Neustart erhalte ich dann folgende Meldung:
"There was a problem installing this hardware: Intel Pro .... An Error occured during the installation of the device. The System cannot find the file specified".

Bringt "uns" das weiter? : )

Die Wlan Karte taucht jetzt mit Ausrufezeichen im GM auf.

Versuch mal das Tool von Intel:

http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

Sucht automatisch nach den neusten Intel Treiber für die Karte

Unter anderem Chipsatz, LAN, WLAN etc.. es bietet den neusten Treiber automatisch an, würde mal einfach alles was er anbietet installieren.

Sonst gehen mir die Ideen aus.
Teamviewer könnte ich noch anbieten ?

Eine eventuell unscheinbare Frage welche eventuell bei der Suche hilft. Hast du etwas von Symantec (Norton) installiert ?

Wobei der Eintrag auch nicht falsch klingt:

I have had this problem numerous times in the past where the installation proceeds then ends with the messages:

During the installation of the device.
The system cannot find the file specified
and it goes into a detection loop

HERE is the solution:

Windows 2000/XP has a bug that it cannot properly detect new hardware by *.inf files, if the RunOnce registry key is missing for the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

This key is often used by installers to execute post-reboot programs, but sometimes they accidentally delete this key.

IMPORTANT: This article contains information about modifying the registry. Make sure that you understand how to backup and restore the registry, in case a problem occurs. Please read the linked Microsoft Knowledge Base article prior to editing the registry.


Go to Start » Run and enter "regedit."

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

With CurrentVersion Highlighted, go to the Edit menu and select New » Key

Name the key RunOnce, leaving everything else about the key alone.

The RunOnce key should now exist underneath the CurrentVersion key.
Once the key exists, Windows 2000/XP stops redetecting the Hardware
