Hi and welcome to the forum

Is there a product number somewhere on the mainboard?

(It is always helpful to provide as much information as possible about the hardware components used)

You'll need a power supply from Dell which is specially made for this mainboard.
Most OEM-Manufacurers (like DELL, HP, Fujitsu, Lenovo) use proprietary parts and connectors in their PCs.
So standard PC-parts (like ATX power supplies) will not fit.
