WhatsApp Desktop / App Installation schlägt fehl

Hallöchen Ihr Lieben,

ich habe ein ganz schräges Problem ...

Seit gestern funktioniert mein WhatsApp-Desktop Programm nicht mehr.
Es lies sich nicht mehr starten.
Daraufhin habe ich versucht es neu zu installieren.
1. als exe-Programm - das schlug fehl (siehe unten)
2. als Win-App - da funktionierte zwar die Installation, lies sich aber nicht starten

Nochmal zur "normalen" Installation:

Dort bekomme ich die Meldung
"WhatsAppSetup.exe
Installation has failed
There was an error while installing the application. Check the setup log for more information and contact the author."

Der Log zeigt u.a. dieses hier auf:

Ich habe ein 64 Bit System und habe auch die Installation mit der dementsprechenden exe gemacht... (ich hatte nämlich gelesen, dass dieses auch ggf. ein Fehler sein könnte...)

Ich habe Win 11 Pro - neuster Stand :-)
Prozessor AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor 3.90 GHz
Installierter RAM 32,0 GB

Könnte mir vielleicht jemand helfen - bitte

Ich denke dein Windows Userprofil hat was abbekommen - kannst du WA in einem neuen Userprofil installieren?

Woher hast du deinen Whatsapp Client bezogen?

Habe zwar kein WA, aber nicht das da noch Müll im Appdata Ordner ist.
Gibt mal %appdata% im Explorer ein und schau ob da ein WA Ordner ist.
Das selbe bitte auch in Appdata\local
Wenn ja löschen.

ja, du hast recht - in einem anderen Userprofil kann ich WA installieren...

Von der offiziellen WA Seite - ganz, ganz sicher
Es war ja auch schon installiert - alles war gut...

WA im Browser ist leider, leider keine Option, da ich z.B. darüber nicht telefonieren kann und noch andere nervige Sachen...



AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABER - jetzt kommts:
win11 hat sich heute Nacht ein Update gezogen (KB5010414) und siehe da - nun geht´s wieder
hab es neu installiert - alles läuft (bis jetzt...) auf allen Userprofilen...

warum das aber gestern mit dem andern Profil geklappt hat und nicht bei "mir"... das würde mich doch mal interessieren.... hmmmm
