ich habe für solche Fälle immer ein Windows Gaget "Network_Meter"
es gibt Tools mit den man PC Aktivitäten mit loggen kann aba wenn das ein Virus ist , könnte auch sein das solche Tools dann überlistet werden ? so was in dieser Art
Windows loggt übriges auch mit muß man nur aktiveren ...
PS wenn du dein Email Passwort beim Email Provider änderst nicht am PC und nicht
beim Email Programm da das alte so lassen , wird erst mal nichts verschickt denke ich ?
das würde ich sicherheitshalber erst mal machen bevor nachher Besuch vor der Tür steht.
