Windows 10 Desktop lädt sehr langsam nach dem Hochfahren

Hallo,
Ich habe mich hier extra angemeldet um vielleicht Hilfe zu bekommen.

Seit 2 Wochen braucht mein PC länger als sonst um den Desktop zu laden
(normalerweise braucht der PC keine weiter Bedenkzeit nach dem Anmelden jetzt sind es so 20sek manchmal mehr manchmal weniger).
Aber nur nach dem Hochfahren
aus dem Ruhezustand oder Energiesparmodus ist alles in Ordnung.

Specs:
16Gb Trident Z RGB AMD (3600mhz)
Radeon 5700xt Red Devil
Ryzen 5 3600 X
MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
Crucial MX500 Sata SSD (500Gb)
Toshiba P300 (1tb)
MY Passport WD externe SSD (1tb)

Im Anhang befinden sich 2 Screenshots aus Diagnostics Performance vom letzten Start und 1 Screenshot aus dem Taskmanager.

Im moment mache ich einen Defender Viren-Scan und werde auf Win10 V. 1909 Updaten.

Was hast du denn vor 2 Wochen gemacht?
Passiert das auch ohne die angesteckte externe SSD?

stell doch mal die autostarts von dem krempel ab, die mit "hoch" gekennzeichnet sind...

brauchst du wirklich all das im Autostart, ich habe bei mir 3 Einträge.

Ich probiere es mal nachdem ein Video fertig gerendert hat, aber ohne das Razer-Programm funzt die RGB Beleuchtung der Tastatur nicht und "Universal Control" gehört zu meinem Audio Interface.

Hallo, auch nach ausschalten aller AutoStarts das gleiche Ergebnis , kann das vielleicht ein Windows Bug sein? Meine mich zu erinnern ein Update gemacht zu haben vor 2 Wochen. Bei Diagnostics Performance ist nun auf einmal ein Kritischer Fehler aufgetaucht??!
