Windows 10 läuft extrem langsam, trotz niedriger Auslastung

Guten Tag zusammen,

habe ein ASUS A75VJ-TY121H Notebook mit von mir nachträglich installiertem Windows 10 (nach kompletter Formatierung).
Kennwerte:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3210M, 2x 2.50GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Festplatte: 500GB HDD
Grafik: NVIDIA GeForce GT 635M, 2GB

Seit einigen Tagen habe ich Probleme mit der Performance. Das System läuft sehr träge und hat bei Start und Benutzung von Anwendungen lange Ladezeiten

Der Ressourcenmanager zeigt mir nie hohe Auslastungen (>50%) an. Die Festplattenpartitionen haben ausreichend freien Speicher (~50%).

Habe auch mal CCleaner drüber laufen lassen, hat knapp 1,8Gb Datenmüll gelöscht, aber keine spürbare Verbesserung

Außerdem habe ich mal Hijackthis drüber laufen lassen.

Die Auslagerungsdatei von Windows wird automatisch festgelegt und beträgt Momentan ca. 1,5 GB

Wenn jemand noch Ideen hat woran es liegen könnte, oder was ich überprüfen kann, wäre ich sehr dankbar...

Wie sind denn die Temperaturen des Notebooks / der GPU? Eventuell drosselt der Prozessor wegen zu hohen Temperaturen. Dann müsstest Du das Notebook reinigen und von Staub/Schmutz befreien, damit der Lüfter genug Luft ziehen und wieder herauslassen kann. Ich würde auch in den Energieoptionen nachschauen, ob versehentlich der Energiesparmodus aktiviert ist und auf "Ausbalanciert" stellen.

Dein Firefox ist übrigens veraltet (v45.02). Wir sind momemtan bei Version 49.0.1. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob Avira und Windows Defender zusammen laufen sollten und sich dabei eventuell "beißen" könnten. Man sollte nur ein Antivirus-/Antispyware-Programm benutzen und das andere deaktivieren/deinstallieren.

Die Festplatte könnte natürlich auch der Auslöser sein. Wie Homura geschrieben hat, die Festplatte auf Fehler überprüfen und sich schon mal überlegen, ob man dann doch nicht lieber auf eine SSD umsatteln möchte. SSD VS HDD ist ein Unterschied, wie Tag und Nacht.

Edit:
Moment mal. Bei dem Windows 10 handelt es sich um ein frisch installiertes System (nach kompletter Formatierung)? Schau mal im Gerätemanager nach, ob alle Geräte korrekt erkannt wurden. Eventuell Chipsatz-Treiber oder auch den Rapid-Storage-Technik-Treiber von Intel installieren.

Das Avira schaltet eigentlich Defender ab. So soll das bei allen Drittanbieter Virenprogrammen sein.

Man müsste sich die Festplatte genauer anschauen: normalerweise sind in Notebook ziemlich lahme HDDs verbaut. Während des Ladevorganges, bis du wieder ordentlich arbeiten kannst, leuchtet da das HDD-LED deines Notebooks fast durchgehend? Wenn ja würde ich dir Empfehlen die HDD gegen eine SSD zu tauschen.

Ich werde gleich mal crystaldiskinfo drüber laufen lassen und mal die Temperaturen checken.
Treiber sollten überall aktuell sein.
Die HDD Lampe blinkt eher beim Laden von Anwendungen anstatt durchgehend zu leuchten. Scheint also nicht unbedingt voll ausgelastet zu sein
Windows Defender scheint zumindest in der Systemsteuerung deaktiviert zu sein.
