Windows 7 Service Pack 1: Installation schlägt fehl

Hallo CBler,

ich habe ein Problem mit einem Windows 7 Rechner. Dort lässt sich das SP1 nicht installieren. Auch vorherige Updates schlagen fehl.

Ich habe bereits das Windows Update Fix-It mehrmals ausgeführt, mit folgendem Resultat:

Ich versuche also zuerst die Windows Updates VOR dem SP1 zu installieren - mit folgendem Resultat:



Wenn ich (danach) das SP1 installieren will, lädt er das vollständig runter und installiert es offensichtlich auch. Dann startet er neu und meldet dann, dass das Service Pack 1 konnte nicht erfolgreich installiert werden. Fehlercode: 0x800f0826


Da dies ein Kunden PC ist, kommt erstmal keine Neuinstallation in Frage.

Hat wer noch eine Idee?

@Unixx003: nicht bis zum Ende gelesen? Von einer Lösung steht da gar nix(x).

@TE: Kundenrechner? Ein bestimmter Hersteller? Virenschutzsoftware?

Den Thread hatte ich ebenfalls schon gelesen, Unixx003. Aber naja hat mir auch nicht geholfen.

Ist ein 0815 HP Desktop Rechner nur mit dem Microsoft Security Essentials drauf. Habe auch mehrfach gelesen, dass ESET beim SP1 Probleme macht, das würde ich aber nicht verwenden^^
