ist dir dein system dann noch immer zu langsam kauf dir eine ssd

das grad eben war die prozess liste habe das jetzt auf die autostart liste geändert. Mein Fehler . Habe auch grad magix deinstalliert ,aber immernoch langsam . 180 sekunden mit einer festplatte die locker 100 Mb/s schaft hmm..

sry merke es erst jetzt. habe jetzt die ordner Einstellungen von rapidshare auf freigabe geändert Hier der link :http://rapidshare.com/files/385064463/boot_BASE+CSWITCH+POWER_1 .rar

leider hat die Boot Optimierung nichts gebracht

Da ist ein 130s Loch. Tippe das Passwort schneller ein oder nutze das Automatische Einloggen (autologon.exe von Sysinternals).

Dann ist deine Festplatte oft zu 100% ausgelastet. Deinstalliere mal Avira AntiVir. Ist es besser? Und läuft deine Seagate Barracuda im AHCI oder IDE Modus?

MainBootTime ist mit 30s ok. Die posboottime ist das Problem. Du startest zu viele Programme beim Logon. Miste dort mal weiter aus.

Wenn alles nichts bringt, machst du einen neuen xbootmgr trace (nicht optimieren, nur den normalen)

Ich bin immer noch entäuscht ,weil diese Werte ohne antivirus sind. Könnt ihr mir eigentlich bitdefender 2013 empfehlen?
und Ich glaube immernoch das es nicht an den autostart programmen liegt

du hast aber noch Treiber die Zicken machen:

deaktiviere mal die Dienste.

Deine ST31000524AS ( Seagate-Serie Barracuda 7200.12) ist immer noch sehr stark ausgelastet beim Booten. Stoppe weiter unnötige Dienste/Programme oder hole die eine SSD.
