I had the same problem (not an AMD system) on one of two identical computers. The problem as seen in some forums seems to occur when the user's Windows account name (and subsequent file directory) has a space in the name, e.g. "John Smith". I managed to install a driver from January 2019 on that computer, but all later drivers won't install. There is a workaround if you have 2 computers, one of which does not have the problem. Copy the "Chipset_Driver_Installer" folder from the "C:\AMD" directory on the successfully updated computer to the AMD directory on the computer where the install isn't working. Then from the "C:\AMD\Chipset_Driver_Installer\AMD_Chipset_Drivers" folder on the latter computer run "AMD_Chipset_Drivers.msi", and the new driver should install without that annoying "Not an AMD system" problem.
