Hallo zusammen und zwar hab ich meine Festplatte bei Seagate eingeschickt und heut kam ne Email in der ich nix verstehe, da mein Englisch sehr schlecht ist.
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen :)

Effektiv steht da drin, dass alles in Ordnung ist.

Die Festplatte ist eingetroffen und Seagate hat dem Austausch unter der Garantie zugestimmt. Du kriegst dann demnächst die neue/reparierte Platte zurück.
 
jo einfach abwarten. bekommst dann nochmal das gleiche mit Status Repariert oder Ausgetauscht.
 
außerdem wird noch darauf hingewiesen, daß diverse Versandkosten und zölle zu deinen lasten gehen. das scheint aber nur ein Standard-Textblock von denen zu sein.
 
Sollte das Paket tatsächlich beim Zoll landen, kannste dort mit der Rechnung auflaufen. 1x USt reicht ;-)
 
Da landet nix beim Zoll, die Platte kommt aus den Niederlanden.
