Eine kleine Frage reicht das Netzteil für die msi gtx 1070 - pure power 9 500w 80 plus silver ?

ein I7 4790 auf 4ghz, 2x 1tb Festplatten eine Toshiba eine Wd blue, ein Asus h97m-e, 3 Cablemod LED Streifen, 4x 3 pin Lüfter, 2x Nzxt standard Lüfter und 2 No name und halt 2x 16 gb ram hyper x und ein Alpenföhn® Matterhorn Rev. C – Black Edition

EDIT: bei msi afterburner zieht die Karte auch nur max. 74 % Strom bei Gta v auf fast alles auf max.
