ich habe ein jetzt ein CPU-OC durchgeführt und würde gerne wissen, ob meine Einstellungen in Ordnung sind.

Dort bekommst du eher Antworten.
Außerdem setze deine Einstellungen erstmal zurück und lese dich bzgl. Spannungen nochmal ein. Die lässt man niemals auf "Auto".

Ist schon etwas her als ich meinen 2500k OCed hab, aber ich denke Additional Turbo Voltage auf jeden Fall nicht auf Auto >>> könnte sein das die Spannung viel zu hoch angehoben wird. Die Anderen Spannungen hab ich auch gefixed. Ansonsten einfach mal die Spannung und die Temperatur mit loggen...

3,5 Std. Test mit Prime95 ohne Fehler und nicht über 70°C!!!

Müsste eigentlich okay sein - oder?

Der Windows-Leistungsindex hatte nachher nur ein wenig gesponnen/ging irendwie nicht richtig!?! - Habe ich aber wieder hinbekommen, indem ich unter "C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore" die Inhalte gelöscht hatte und einen Neustart PC durchführte.
