MS HD Audio Treiber verhindert installation von Realtek Audiotreiber

Hallo,
ich nutze ein System mit Windows 10 Pro, einer GTX 660 und nem AsRoch h97m Pro4 (alles andere ist unwichtig), ich würde gerne meine 3,5 mm Klinkenanschlüsse, bzw. mein Headsetmikrofon nutzen, allerdings gibt der HD Audiotreiber von MS nur Sound über meinen Monitor aus und der hat kein 3,5 mm Input, die am Mainboard und am Gehäuse werden deaktiviert und der Realtek Treiber deinstalliert.
Wie installiere ich den Realtek Treiber und wie deinstalliere ich den HD Audio Treiber von Microsoft, bzw. wie stelle ich ihn so ein, das ich den MB Sound nutzen kann.

Ich seh in deinem Gerätemanager kein Realtek-Gerät. Sicher das er nicht wie von Jesterfox geschrieben einfach deaktiviert ist?
 
Ohne dem Realtek Treiber taucht der OnBoard auch nur als HD Audio auf (weil der generische MS Treiber ihn erkennt). Allerdings vermute ich das es sich bei dem im Bild vom TE nicht um den OnBoard sondern evtl. um was anderes handelt.

also deaktiviert ist er nich, sonst würde ich es ja sehen und installieren ist nicht möglich, anstelle dessen sehe ich nur die von gtx 660
 
Das er deaktiviert ist würdest du nur im Bios sehen... und gerade weil im Gerätemanager nichts da ist würd ich darauf tippen. Ansonsten ist wohl was anderes faul, kam auch schon vor das der Chip sich einfach verabschiedet hat und defekt war. Passiert selten, aber kommt vor.
 
Offensichtlich liegt es nicht am Treiber sondern am Soundchip oder am Bios, darum habe ich mal ne nachricht an AAsRock geschrieben, hierbei wurden meine gesamten bios infos an die geschickt (ohne meine Einverständnis-Erklärung), auf jeden Fall veröffentliche ich sie hier für eure Fehlersuche, den komischerweise werden die Eingesteckten Audiogeräte im Bios noch erkannt (siehe Markierten Ausschnitt), woanders aber nicht.

Und wie kommst du zu dieser Feststellung ?
Hardware technisch ist deine Karte aktiv... denke es fehlt nur der richtige Treiber...

Motherboard: Asus Prime x470 pro, Prozessor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x, Grafikkarte: Nvidia 980 gtx

Im Bios ist der soundchip Aktiviert, wie man bei HWinfo auch schön sieht, im Gerätemanager scheint da aber nichts auf.
Der Soundchip von der Nvidia Grafikkarte verdrängt den Onboard chip komplett.
Mir ist das nur aufgefallen weil ich mein Headset anschließen wollte, was ja nun nicht mehr geht.

es hilft auch nichts die Treiber zu deinstallieren / installieren. ("Keine Hardware da"^^)

Das Problem lässt sich zur zeit nur lösen indem man die Grafikkarte ausbaut.!!
