pc extrem langsam warum?

Hi weis jetzt nicht ob das hier jetzt der richtige teil im Forum ist wo ich es poste aber fals ja schuldigung.
Also mein Pc ist seit Tagen extrem langsam ich weis nicht warum ich habe meine festplatte defragmentiert,ich habe denn CCleaner benutzt aber es bringt nix ich habe eigentlich richtig gute sachen im pc( also für mich 15 jahre alt reicht das)
Intel Core 2 Duo e2140 2x1.60 ghz
3Gb 800mhz ram von Corsair xms2
Leadtek 8800gt extraem
Asus p5q-sli
Lüfter:Artic Frezzer Pro 7
550 Watt Collermaster Netzteil
1. Würde übertakten was bringen?
Was mir z.B aufällt das wenn ich auf einer datei rechtsklick mache das es zirca 5sekunden dauert bis entlich die optionen kommen das regt mich immoment richtig auf vllt könnte mir jemand von euch helfen Mfg

das hört sich schlecht an ;)

Schau doch mal in den Task-Manager und sehe nach welcher Prozess da so viele Ressourcen frisst.

1. Würde übertakten was bringen?

Eigentlich müsste dein Prozessor schnell genug sein ! An dem sollte es zumindest nicht liegen dass ein Rechtsklick 5 sec. dauert.

gibt es denn ein Programm wo ich dann alle ressourcen auflisten kann?
 
Um dein Problem zu analysieren bräuchte ich mehr informationen, z.B. Speicherauslastung, CPU Auslastung, Anzahl Prozesse (+Betriebssystem).
 
ok betriebssystem windows xp sp3
meine cpu auslastung is ohne das ich nur Firefox anhabe bei von 0-1% prozesse laufen 31
zugesicherter speicher 311MB weis nicht ob das genügend informationen sind hier nochmal die Dxdiag infos

Wenn die Informationen von der Auslastung der CPU und RAM und die Anzahl der Prozesse stimmen, dann kann ich wirklich nicht sagen was da dein System so langsam macht.
Wenn das Problem seit einer Installation oder eines updates besteht dann kannste mal ne systemwiederherstellung machen.
Ansonsten XP neu installieren!
Mehr kann ich dir nich empfehlen, da Programme wie tuneup wirklich nicht viel bringen!
 
ja das war ja gerade meine idee es mal mit tuneup versuchen (natürlich der neune version)
 
Eventuell solltest du mal eine neuinstallation in erwägung ziehen oder eine Reparaturinstallation.
Übertakten bringt auf jeden Fall was wenn dein PC wieder sauber läuft

Ich hatte heute das gleiche Problem.:mad:
Zuerst dachte ich es wäre wegen einem Virus, aber dann sah ich im Prozess-Manager, dass ein Prozess 97% (Netgear...) Cpu-Aulastung hat. Habe ihn beendet und schon lief die Mühle wieder wie geölt.:D
 
Festplatte formatieren ( neue kaufen wenn sie fast ausgelastet ist), XP neu installieren. Fertig.
