Prime95 absturz + Bluescreens

Hallo zusammen,

habe zur Zeit mit bluescreens zu kämpfen und bin am verzweifeln.

Mein System:
Mainboard: P5Q Deluxe Asus
RAM: 2x2GB DDR2 OCZ PC28500 Reaper (2,2 Voltage 5-5-5)
Graka: nvidia Geforce GTX460
Platte: Westerndigital 500GB
CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600 (8M Cache, 2.40 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) G0
Windows 7 64bit

Bluescreens nach 10min 3D Games zocken:

Prime95 Absturz immer nach ca. 15min:

Die Temperatur während Prime95 (CoreTemp) liegt bei ca. 48GRAD. Ich nutze immer den in-place-large FFTs test, danach hängt sich der pc auf bzw. startet neu!

Lösungen ohne Erfolg:

Ich habe MEMTEST86 pro Riegel 2 Stunden laufen lassen (no errors)
Ich habe alle Treiber aller Geräte neu installiert. ( Auch mal alte probiert bzgl. Graka)
RAM voltage auf 2,1 und 2,2 gesetzt aber wieder bei prime95 abgestürzt.

Wenigstens kann man doch jetzt davon ausgehen, dass es an der cpu oder am ram liegt bzgl. prime absturz?^^
Würde es gerne mit Timings probieren bzgl. RAM habe aber keine Ahnung welche.
Timings laut Hersteller der RAM liegt bei: 5-5-5-18, ich habe sie momentan bei 5-5-5-15. Beide probiert ohne Erfolg.
Vielleicht liegt es doch an der cpu, was kann ich noch machen??

Cause

One possible cause of this bug check is disk corruption. Corruption in the NTFS file system or bad blocks (sectors) on the hard disk can induce this error. Corrupted SCSI and IDE drivers can also adversely affect the system's ability to read and write to disk, thus causing the error.

Another possible cause is depletion of nonpaged pool memory. If the nonpaged pool memory is completely depleted, this error can stop the system. However, during the indexing process, if the amount of available nonpaged pool memory is very low, another kernel-mode driver requiring nonpaged pool memory can also trigger this error.
Resolution

To debug this problem: Use the .cxr (Display Context Record) command with Parameter 3, and then use kb (Display Stack Backtrace).

To resolve a disk corruption problem: Check Event Viewer for error messages from SCSI and FASTFAT (System Log) or Autochk (Application Log) that might help pinpoint the device or driver that is causing the error. Try disabling any virus scanners, backup programs, or disk defragmenter tools that continually monitor the system. You should also run hardware diagnostics supplied by the system manufacturer. For details on these procedures, see the owner's manual for your computer. Run Chkdsk /f /r to detect and resolve any file system structural corruption. You must restart the system before the disk scan begins on a system partition.

To resolve a nonpaged pool memory depletion problem: Either add new physical memory to the computer (thus increasing the quantity of nonpaged pool memory available to the kernel), or reduce the number of files on the Services for Macintosh (SFM) volume.

Code 50 kann eine Folgeerscheinung davon sein.

Cause

Bug check 0x50 usually occurs after the installation of faulty hardware or in the event of failure of installed hardware (usually related to defective RAM, be it main memory, L2 RAM cache, or video RAM).

Another common cause is the installation of a faulty system service.

Antivirus software can also trigger this error, as can a corrupted NTFS volume.

Code 3B

Cause

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Was auch mit Code 24 übereinstimmt.

Hi also hab nach dem formatieren alles neu aufgesetzt, prime95 gestartet nach 10min bluescreen!

Bei dem Fehlerbild würde ich zuerst einmal mit memtest86+ die Speicherriegel testen. Am besten immer einzeln. Sieht auf den ersten Blick aus, als ob dein Arbeitsspeicher defekt ist.

Wer hat denn was von formatieren gesagt? So kann man zumindest Software als Fehler ausschließen (es sei denn, du benutzt keine Original-DVD oder haust sofort irgendwelche Tools drauf).

Wie ThePath schon gesagt hat, teste den RAM mit Memtest86+.
Sollten keine Fehler gefunden werden, lade Screenshots von CrystalDiskInfo hier hoch (Fenster ganz aufziehen, von jeder verbauten Platte ein Bild).
