- Please provide a screenshot of the error message with your next response.
- Please also attach your current content_log.txt file. You can find this in your log folder at your Steam installation location at the file path: ".../Steam/logs/"
- Describe anything that changed after performing the troubleshooting steps from the article above. For example, when you tested with another download region, was the error message the same? Did testing the issue on a different hard drive have any effect?
