Trekstor Surfbook W1 not seeing keyboard or mouse

Hi, I have a trekstore surfbook w1 and it does not see a keyboard or a mouse. Boots into windows 10 but cannot use anything, no keyboard or mouse working. How to get into bios and how to reinstall windows 10?

Enter BIOS:​

1. Power Off: Ensure the laptop is off.
2. Power On and Press F2: Turn it on and press F2 repeatedly to enter the BIOS.

Reinstall Windows 10:​

1. Create a Bootable USB:
   • Use another computer to download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.
   • Create a bootable USB drive.
2. Boot from USB:
   • Insert the USB into your Surfbook.
   • Enter BIOS (F2) and set USB as the primary boot device.
   • Save and exit BIOS.
3. Install Windows:
   • Follow on-screen instructions to install Windows 10.

Additional Tips:​

• External Keyboard/Mouse: Try using an external USB keyboard/mouse.
• Reset BIOS: In BIOS, reset to default settings.
