AMD E2-2000 wirklich SO schlecht?

Youtube und viele andere Anbieter verwendeten H264 bis vor 1-2 Jahren.
Der E2-2000 hat in der integrierten GPU extra ein Modul für H264, wodurch Videowiedergabe super funktionierte.
Vor 1-2 Jahren sind aber die verschiedenen Anbieter auf VP9 oder AV1 umgestiegen.
Der E2-2000 hat dafür kein Modul, also muss die CPU die Arbeit übernehmen und die ist damit komplett überfordert.

h264 ist immer noch vorhanden und wird es eine ganze weile sein:

solange der browser vp9 oder av1 kann wird youtube das aber bevorzugen, egal ob die gpu das in hardware kann oder nicht (das weiß youtube ja nicht). daher helfen dann browsererweiterungen wie h264ify, die explizit die h264/avc versionen der videos anfordern.

Wobei, so schlecht waren die nicht: Ich habe 2011-2013 einen Lenovo X121e mit E450 verwendet (wie E2000, nur 1650MHz statt 1750MHz, also ein bisschen langsamer).

Im Vergleich zu den Netbook Anfängen mit single-core Atom, 1GB RAM und 1,8" mini HDD ist das Ding eine Rakete gewesen...
