OBS stream laggt trotz guter hardware und 50k leitung

Guten Abend, würde gerne meinen stream über OBS zum laufen bringen. Während dem gesamten Stream habe ich mit meinem
Ryzen7 2700x maximal (während ich spiele) 20% Auslastung. Ich habe dazu eine 1070Ti. Ich weiß um Himmels willen nicht warum mein stream laggt. würde gerne in 1080p und 60 fps streamen aber mein PC laggt bei jeder Einstellung und das kuriose ist das er mit jeder Einstellung gleich viel laggt. Ob ich nun meine Bitrate von 6000 auf 5000 senke oder auf 720 p und 30 fps gehe...
ich habe zusätzlich 16gb Ram auf 3Ghz getaktet.
Es ist absolut egal was ich einstelle. Mein Spiel läuft mit Hohen FPS (60+)und es laggt NICHT ingame. Nur der stream.
Ich habe eine 50k Leitung m,it (vorhin getestet) 8,15 - 8,28mb/s upload. Getestet auf https://www.speedtest.net/
Bitte was muss ich machen... zum codieren benutze ich Software x(264)

16Gb Ram auf 3GHz getaktet
EINEN Bildschirm am laufen auf 1440p. Stream wird runterskaliert. aber selbst wenn ich den stream nicht skaliere laggt er

Versuche mal über die gpu zu streamen

Habe ich. Selbes Ergebnis. nicht schlechter und nicht besser.

Ich habe eine 50k Leitung m,it (vorhin getestet) 8,15 - 8,28mb/s upload. Getestet auf https://www.speedtest.net/

Das passt so gar nicht. Eine 50K Leitung wäre im Download ca. 6 MB / sec schnell. Im Upload ein Bruchteil davon. Vermutlich 10K, +- 1 MB /sec.

50k Leitung aber etwa 64k Upload? Sehr komische Leitung.

Ist ja auch ne 10mbit Uploadleitung und keine 64mbit.
Die Speedtestseite zeigt immer Mbps weswegen immer alle denken, dass es sich um Megabyte/s handeln würde. Aber das ist halt falsch.
Es ist eine ganz stinknormale 10mbit Upleitung, was auch vollkommen logisch ist bei einem 50k Vertrag.

GPU zu lahm bzw kommt nicht hinterher, mach mal Vsync oder Framelimit an und schau das die GPU paar % Luft hat, ~3-5% also keine 100% Auslastung, Spiel das hier bzw gerne rumspackt ist R6 Siege...
