Habe die Tastatur wieder zurück geschickt wegen des 30ig trägen rückgaberecht und 1 Tag später hat mir der Razer Support diese Email geschrieben mit einer Lösung hätte dies gerne noch ausprobiert aber naja habe es original belassen damit mal andere mit dem ähnlichen Problem eine Lösung finden bei der Suchmaschine
Firstly try to create a new profile from Synapse and delete the old profile and set the new profile as default.
If the issue persist then follow next steps.

Please make sure you have run any/all windows updates and are running the latest version of Internet Explorer 9. Follow the directions here: Adobe Flash and Microsoft.NET may be outdated as well, please run the installer provided here:

Once completed, restart your PC. Now test the Switchblade UI again.

If it is still not working, we will need to reset Internet Explorer to default settings, please do the following:
-launch Internet Explorer
-Click on the Tools, go to Internet Options
-Go to the Advanced tab
-Click Reset
-Follow the prompts to reset Internet Explorer
Once completed, restart your PC. Now test the Switchblade UI again.
If the issue persists please do the following;
Windows XP
1. Close Synapse 2.0.
2. Terminate the RzSynapse.exe process from Task Manager
3. Highlight and Copy the following directory "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\ApplicationData\Razer"
4. Press the Windows Key + R.
5. Paste the directory into the field and hit Enter.
6. Delete the Synapse folder.
7. Re-open Synapse, Synapse will start to update itself again.
Windows Vista\7
1. Close Synapse 2.0.
2. Terminate the RzSynapse.exe process from Task Manager
3. Highlight and Copy the following directory "C:\ProgramData\Razer"
4. Press the Windows Key + R.
5. Paste the directory into the field and hit Enter.
6. Delete the Synapse folder.
7. Re-open Synapse, Synapse will start to update itself again
Once completed, restart your PC. Now test the Switchblade UI again
If the issue persists then please temporarily disable any antivirus and/or firewall software and test again.
