No, sorry, for this case you need a Clone of the Partition or the whole Drive.
You can anyhow test the Restore of a copy oft the Windows Image first on a GPT Style and if that fails on a MBR Style Partition. In both cases the filesystem should probably be NTFS.
My previous solution was Snapshot bootstick. So there is just no way to do this without hardware?
so i imagine i need bootstick (USB) or a disk to have a copy of a partition layout?
isn t there like a possibility to install some kind of software xy on PC, save a data of partition layout in some kind of format and then install this software on new PC where you just copy this partition layout data format and just run the data throught the software? Thus changing the layout from let s say C: 500gb to C: 300gb D: 100gb E: 100 GB space?
And then i have a question if i can do it like this? I clone needed partition layout on an external Disk, then clone this disk to new PC Disk and then i make a Restore of a specific Windows .iso backup on that new PC?
Why such a convoluted solution? Just use a cloning/backup tool like Clonezilla (or rather Rescuezilla) to clone the whole disk as an image to an external drive. Don't clone the whole disk onto another disk if you don't need to.
