So, beim X570 Elite ist nun die F37d gekommen, allerdings ohne Changelog.
Weiß jemand zufällig, welche Änderungen dort eingeflossen sind?

Wenn ich so verfolge, dauert es bei Gigabyte im Vergleich zu den anderen echt ewig, auch wenn die noch Probleme haben mit der neuen Version.
Achja die ganzen Bios Updates für den Sockel AM4, sind es die letzten Versionen? Habe irgendwo mal gelesen, das es die Final Version ist. Oder ist es nur das von AMD gemeint mit dem AGESA?

Normalerweise bekommen Boards nur UEFI/BIOS-Updates für 2 Jahre.
Je nach Hersteller (ASRock, ASUS, Biostar, Elite Group, EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, NZXT usw.) können aber auch freiwillig zusätzlich neue Versionen erscheinen, wenn etwas sehr Wichtiges nachgereicht wird.
Im Fall von AGESA 1.2.0.7 wird es wohl die letzte offizielle (also finale) Version für AM4 sein, da AM5 für AMD nun im Vordergrund steht. AGESA 1.2.0.7 wird deshalb für fast alle AM4-Generationen zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass auch die Zen3-Desktop-Prozessoren (Ryzen 5000 Serie) möglichst auf allen AM4-Boards laufen.

Japp, ein finales BIOS für die AGESA 1.2.0.7 auf AM4 dauert bei Gigabyte dieses Mal extrem lange (falls noch eins kommen sollte). Vorher war Gigabyte mit neuen BIOS-Versionen deutlich flotter unterwegs. Auf dem X570 Aorus Ultra fahre ich aber bisher mit der aktuellen Beta seit September problemfrei.

Naja, am "Anfang", also i-wo 2020/2021 o.s.ä. mit den neuen Zen3-CPUs hinkte ASRock lange Zeit hinter den (meisten) anderen Herstellern hinterher. Jedenfalls war das meine Wahrnehmung ... aber egal.
Wenn Gigabyte dann wenigstens ordentliche Qualität liefert ... wär's doch okay, oder?
Was fehlt denn den Leuten mit GB-Boards (AGESA 1.2.0.7 bzw. 1.2.0.8)?
Ich habe übrigens auch noch die 4.90 beta drauf, obwohl es bereits eine 5.10 gibt (beides AGESA 1.2.0.7).
Die 5.10er Version soll ja nur eine RTX 4090 besser unterstützen. Das ist mir schnuppe.
