Windows 10 friert ständig ein nach Wechsel auf Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB

Hallo Leute,

bin ganz neu hier und hab auch schon mein erstes Problem.
Gestern hab ich meine erste SSD bekommen, die 850 Evo mit 250GB. Auf dem Computer war schon Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit installiert, zunächst habe ich mit dem Data Migration Tool vom Samsung die Daten von der HDD auf die SSD geklont. Hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert, jedoch frierte Windows nach kurzer Zeit plötzlich ein. Habe mir gedacht dass das vielleicht durch das Klonen zustande gekommen ist, also noch einmal Clean Install auf die SSD gemacht, doch das selbe Problem besteht immer noch.
Natürlich habe ich in den Foren schon alles durchsucht, bin jedoch zu keiner Lösung gekommen.
Vielleicht ist das Netzteil zu schwach, vielleicht ist es die Grafikkarte, vielleicht der Arbeitsspeicher, oder einfach irgendwelche Fehleinstellungen im BIOS (Bios zu alt und keine SSD-Unterstützung??) oder in Windows selbst. Leider habe ich einfach nicht besonders viel Ahnung davon und bitte deshalb um Hilfe.

Vor dem Clonen ist kontrolliert worden ob AHCI im UEFI/ BIOS aktiv?

Welcher SATA-Treiber wird verwendet, der AMD-Chipsatz-Treiber und wenn ja, ist der aktuell?
 
ein frischeres BIOS als die 1801 gibt es für Dein Board nicht. NT zu schwach würde ich ausklammern, da eine SSD so wenig Strom benötigt, dass die keinen Faktor darstellen sollte. Setz mal das BIOS zurück, schaue auf die Treiber, ob man da von den Chipsatzherstellern neuer versorgt werden. Ist Magician von Samsung drauf? Damit könnte man auch rausfinden, ob die SSD überhaupt in Ordnung ist.

Würde mir jetzt den 15.7.1 Chipset-Treiber von AMD herunterladen, wenn das der richtige ist.
Das mit dem AHCI hab ich eingestellt bevor ich die SSD installiert habe, ändert sich das wieder bei einer Neuinstallation?
Wie setze ich das BIOS zurück? Ja, Magician sagt mir dass mit der SSD alles in Ordnung ist
 
15.12 ist der aktuelle Chipsatz-Treiber, siehe https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/treiber/mainboards/amd-chipsatztreiber/

Wenn zuvor AHCI im UEFI/ BIOS eingestellt wurde, so bleibt es auch so eingestellt. Ausnahme wäre du stellst es selber um oder würde durch ein BIOS-/ CMOS-Reset zurückgesetzt werden.

Das UEFI/ BIOS setzt du auf Werkseinstellungen zurück via Jumper oder Entfernen der Batterie. Siehe auch Handbuch vom Motherboard.

Danach ggfs. die persönlichen Einstellungen wie z.B. Datum/ Uhrzeit, Bootoptionen und ggfs. AHCI wieder einstellen.
 
"C1E" macht gerne Probleme, diesen Energiesparmodus kann man einfach deaktivieren in den CPU-Features vom Bios.
Braucht im übrigen eh kein Mensch, Intel hat Speedstep (EIST) und AMD eben Cool'n'Queit

@HasseLadebalken C1E Support habe ich deaktiviert.

Gucke jetzt ob der PC wieder einfriert, wenn ja, werde ich das mit dem Entfernen der Batterie mal versuchen.

Ergänzung ()

Habs nun mit Jumper zurückgesetzt (von Pin 1-2 auf 2-3 und wieder zurück), im BIOS wieder auf AHCI umgestellt und die Bootreihenfolge angepasst, jetzt kommt nur noch ein Bluescreen mit "inaccessible boot Device", obwohl die Reihenfolge richtig ist. Und nun? :(
 
Falls es nochmal passiert, poste hier aller Reiter aus CPUz.

Dann starte von der alten Platte und überprüfe die SSD mit CrystalDiskInfo.

Und friert er immer noch ein? - wahrscheinlich, denn mit AHCI und IDE hat es nichts zu tun.

Die 51° CPU Temp. bei 25° im Gehäuse sind hoffentlich nicht im Idle.
Beim Belegen aller vier RAM Bänke kann es notwendig sein die Spannung etwas anzuheben (1,55V) - wenn auch das nichts bringt, dann die RAMs einzeln testen.

Ja, tut er. Naja, hab halt den Browser offen gehabt und mehr nicht.. Ist vor kurzem auch nachträglich ein neuer Prozessorkühler reingekommen (Arctic Freezer 13), der bis jetzt aber problemlos funktioniert hat.

Welche Spannung genau? CPU Offset Voltage/NB Offset Voltage
CPU VDDA Voltage, DRAM Voltage; HT Voltage, NB Voltage, NB 1.8V Voltage, SB Voltage oder SidePortMemory Voltage

Habe jetzt mal 4 GB ausgebaut, mal schauen was passiert. Mehr als 8 braucht man ja eigentlich sowieso nicht

Das Gut alleine sagt nicht alles aus, wenn es z.B. ein Problem mit dem SATA Datenkabel gibt, so wird das von CrystalDiskInfo gar nicht berücksichtigt. Poste also bitte man den Screenshot, ziehe aber bitte das Fenster soweit auf, dass alle Attribute und auch die Rohwerte vollständig sichtbar sind.

Da gibt es ein Problem mit dem SATA Datenkabel, prüfe ob da beide Stecker fest sitzen und wenn ja, tausche es aus und wirf es weg, damit Du es nicht noch einmal irgendwo verwendest. Danach sollte der Rohwert von Attribut C7 beobachtet werden, der geht mehr auf 0 zurück, aber er sollte sich nicht mehr ändern, es sollten also keine weiteren Fehler hinzu kommen, die schon aufgetretenen bleiben dort gespeichert, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Durch solche Fehler kommt es auch zu dem beschrieben Verhalten, da die Übertragungen ständig wiederholt werden müssen und daher das ganze I/O blockieren. Prüfe auch den Rohwert von Attribut C7 bei der anderen Platten und wenn der sich mit der Zeit, vor allem bei Zugriffen darauf ändert, muss auch dort gehandelt werden.

SATA Kabel mögen es übrigens gar nicht, wenn man am Kabel statt am Stecker zieht, die Beschädigungen sieht man ihnen aber gewöhnlich nicht an.
