Nimm erst mal eine nicht antiquierte Version vom Boblight: 0.5r14 ist gerade erschienen: http://www.et-view-support.com/Forum/showthread.php?9394-UPDATE-Boblight-Enigma2-v-0-5-r6-for-DM500HD-DM800(se)HD-DM8000-VU-ET9x00-5x00. Deinstalliere vorher die alte version.
Der Jumper muss gesteckt sein für 500K Baudrate!
Dann musst Du eine config erstellen mit Krautmasters Tool und auf die Box laden (das neue plugin interne config-Tool in der r14 funzt noch nicht so ganz). Dazu guckst Du z.B. hier: http://www.loggn.de/sedu-ambilight-boblight-conf-mit-boblightconfigtool-fur-boblightd-erzeugen/.

Dann sollte schon mehr gehen, probier mal aus.

Die PIX-Stripes sind momentan ja nicht lieferbar und bekommen in der nächsten Charge andere LEDs.
Denkt Ihr, dass Flexbänder genauso gut oder schlechter in der Wirkung sind?

Sie sind ja etwas dunkler, dafür ist die Auflösung etwas besser.
Ist der Unterschied bei 10 - 15 cm Wandabstand sichtbar?

Ja das stimmt muss noch viel Lesen. Hab ich auch gemacht und bin immer noch dabei.
Ich hab jetzt die alte Version von Boblight mit dieser ersetzt: 0.5R15 (jetzt kann ich dort auch was eingeben, geht also auch) und Jumper sollte laut Anleitung richtig sein (Jumper C7-C9, ist gesteckt und fest verlötet).
Leider scheint sich die Sedu-Ambilight Box nicht zu rühren. Eine config habe ich erstellt-aber wie bring ich diese auf die Box?
Vielleicht hast du ja noch einen Tipp für das Greenhorn!

Mit Box meine ich natürlich die Dreambox Einfach per FTP verbinden und auf /etc/boblight.conf kopieren. Was in der Anleitung steht muss nicht richtig sein, fest verlötet ist der Jumper bestimmt nicht, sonst wäre es kein Jumper. Die 4 Schräubchen lösen und gucken, siehe hier: http://www.sedu-board.de/sedu-ambilight/howto-seduboard-einstellen/, das zweite Bild, wo der Pfeil ist sollten zwei lange Pins drin sein, die auf dem Bild fehlen. Wenn Du pech hast, ist gar kein Jumper drin und Du musst einen auftreiben. Zur Not einach ne leitende Schraube dazwischen, zum Testen

Ich hab ja nachgesehen. Eigentlich sollte sich ein Jumper stecken lassen, ist ja klar - bei mir sind die zwei Stifte drin (verbunden mit einer schwarzen Brücke) - ich wollte sie rausziehen, das ging nicht, hab auf der Rückseite nachgesehen und siehe da verlötet. Komisch, oder? Da die Stifte drin sind sollte es ja richtig sein, nicht?
Hab nach dieser Anleitung: http://www.loggn.de/sedu-ambilight-b...ghtd-erzeugen/ die boblight.conf erzeugt und nach /etc/verschoben.
Mal sehn ob jetzt was passiert.

Die conf pass soweit. Hattest Du Fehlermeldungen bei der Installation vom Boblight Plugin? Bei mir gab es immer welche und ich musste nachher über's plugin-menu nochmal das Installationsscript ausführen und neustarten (einfachste Methode), damit er die USB und FTDI Treiber usw. installiert hat. Außer man hat die schon drauf.

Na das klingt ja mal gut, was du da schreibst.
Ja eine Fehlermeldung gab es - hab es auch so gemacht wie du das beschrieben hast.
Ich glaub ich weiß woran es liegen kann, vor lauter Lesen hab ich dies hier wohl übersehen: SEDU Ambilight – HTPC – boblight-X11 mit dem boblightd Dienst der Dreambox verbinden.
Leider werd ich aus dieser Anleitung überhaupt nicht schlau, ich brauch wohl "XBMC Boblight Addon oder boblight-X11 Client " kann es aber nicht finden wenn ich auf den Link gehe. Muss aber auch gestehen, dass mein Englisch nicht wirklich gut ist.
Eine kurze Idiotensichere Anleitung wäre nett!!! Wenn es denn der Fehler sein sollte.

Nee, das "HTPC – boblight-X11 mit dem boblightd Dienst der Dreambox verbinden" brauchst Du nur, wenn Du Daten von einem Linux HTPC auf die Dreambox übertragen willst, wo das SEDU angeschlossen ist und das Licht darstellt. Du willst doch bestimmt einfach nur das Bild der Dreambox über die Dioden ausgeben.
Das ganze Prozedere ist echt nicht sehr anfängerfreundlich, aber wenn Du einmal durchsteigst weißt Du nachher garnicht mehr was das Problem ist

Starte doch einfach mal das Boblight-Plugin, drücke die grüne Taste für "Start" und dann schau nach, was die log Datei vom Boblight sagt. Diese ist zu finden auf der Dreambox per ftp unter /.boblight/boblight.log, oder so (Hab meine VU+ grad selbst nicht angeschlossen weil ich Kabel ziehe...)

Häh, die Fehler die er zeigt sind ja, das die Werte für vscan falsch sind. Über 100% geht ja auch nicht, das wäre ja vertikal außerhalb des Bildes. Aber in der config, die Du oben gepostet hast, stehen die Werte ja gar nicht drin. Entweder ein seltsamer bug in der r15, die ich noch nicht getestet habe (bin noch bei r14) oder deine config ist falsch. Lösch die Zeilen einfach, lass einfach ein paar Lichter drin, es reicht ja, wenn erstmal eine Diode leuchtet, dann sehen wir weiter. Oder installiere die r14 oder r12, die gehen auf jeden Fall erstmal.

Version 14 geht bei mir nicht! Die Dreambox stürzt ab, wenn ich auf Einstellungen gehe. Ich probiere jetzt mal Version 12 aus.

So bei der Version 12 - das gleiche. Beim Versuch in die Einstellungen (1) zu kommen stürzt die Dreambox ab.
Hab jetzt Version 15 wieder drauf! Siehe da tut sich etwas, allerdings harmonieren die Farben nicht richtig. Werde mal noch ein wenig versuchen die Einstellungen zu verändern.

Die Linke Seite geht nicht richtig-bleibt meistens bei einer Farbe - der Rest geht auch nicht flüssig. Was muss ich denn jetzt bei den Einstellungen angeben, damit es richtig geht?

Komm nicht ganz mit, warum geht es denn jetzt, hast Du nur die anderen Versionen installiert und wieder auf r15 zurück, oder hast Du an der config was geändert. Außerdem musst Du doch im plugin in keine Einstellungen reingehen, im Hauptmenü vom plugin kannst Du doch alles einstellen und mit grün das Licht starten. Mit "1" kommt man doch in die Moodlamp Einstellungen, die brauchst Du ja für Live-Bild nicht.
Wenn die Lampen links nicht richtig gehen und wenn die Farben falsch sind, muss Du nochmal deine Config studieren, vielleicht hast Du mit dem Krautmaster-Config Tool ja ne falsche Richtung angegeben, oder so.
Aber gratuliere schon mal, Optimierung kriegst Du jetzt auch noch hin.

In ein paar Tagen (evtl. sogar morgen) bringt Mamba eine neue SEDU-kompatible version vom Atmolight plugin heraus. Kannst die ja dann auch mal testen.

Atmowin 0.51 will meine LED Zuordnung nicht speichern... Habe Windows 7 x64
Stromversorgungsplatine ist von vorne gesehen unten rechts und es geht im Uhrzeigersinn rum. Habe 30 LED's.

Leider sind die Farben horizontal und vertikal vertauscht.

Leider will aber Atmowin nicht speichern

Speicherst Du es als neues Profil? Quasi im Fenster "Kanalzuordnung bearbeiten" Belegung ändern, Namen eingeben und "Mapping hinzufügen" drücken. Dann taucht es links zwar auf, aktiviert sich aber nicht. Aktivieren kannst Du es über's Rechtklickmenü vom Tray-Icon (Kanalzuordnung und auswählen). Da bin ich anfangs auch drauf reingefallen

das habe ich schon soweit gesehen nur wenn ich ein neues Profil anlege und die Kanäle zuordne mit ok bestätige und dann rneu rein schaue ist es wieder auf Standart 0 ist 0 1 ist 1 usw

Ja, das ist normal. Hab doch geschrieben was Du machen musst um es zu aktivieren.

Ja hab einfach Version 15 wieder aufgespielt und die anderen vorher gelöscht. Da ging es einfach. Ich habe heute nochmal eine neue boblight.conf erstellt - damit geht auch die linke Seite. Zwar geht es noch nicht ganz so wie ich es dachte, aber immerhin. Der Rest wartet jetzt bis nächstes Jahr!

Ein neues Jahr heißt neue Hoffnung, neues Licht, neue Gedanken und neue Wege zum Ziel...Ein guten Start ins Jahr 2013 das wünsch ich Dir & Euch!

Ich habe das SEDU Board mit den Tool so eingestellt das wenn kein AtmoWin läuft kein Effekt an sein soll. Das geht auch soweit nur die LED Nr 1 brennt immer !!! Mal weiß und mal rot immer unterschiedlich
