Eine Wasserkühlung auf einer GPU/ CPU ist schützenswert, da nicht Naheliegend und auf dem Gebiet technisch neu. Ob jetzt zuerst von Asetek oder wem auch immer spielt hier erstmal keine Rolle.

Gut, habe mich damit jetzt nicht konkret auseinander gesetzt. Das muss allerdings ein Prüfer auseinanderziehen und schauen ob das Kühlsystem von Asetek genügend Merkmale anders macht um sich von der damaligen Lösung abzuheben. Man darf von Patenten nicht erwarten, dass dort die größten Erfindungen drin stehen und der Leser durchweg erleuchtet wird. Manchmal wird ein Quatsch patentiert, das glaubt man fast garnicht und denkt sich: "Im Ernst? SOWAS lässt sich patentieren?"

bei den amis lässt sich schnell was patentieren, und dann ordentlich geldscheffeln bei zig klagen. halt typisch amerikanisch.

Nein ist es nicht... Es gab schon Kompressorkühlung und L2N Kühlung:

Asetek wurde aber erst im Jahr 2000 gegründet ergo ist es technisch nicht neu. Es wurde einfach ein anderes Kühlmittel benutzt. Im Kompressor damalas wurde halt FCKW benutzt und eben Stickstoff da ist es nicht weit her geholt auch auf Wasser zu setzen aber man kann es nicht patentieren.

Schönes Beispiel: Unternehmen 1 hält ein Patent auf ein Fahrrad. Unternehmen 2 kann jetzt ein Fahrrad mit einer Klingel patentieren lassen --> Hat eine ausreichende erfinderische Höhe und solange diese Kombination nirgends offenbart wurde und die informationen über diese technische Nutzung einer Klingel an einem Fahrrad öffentlich zugänglich war, ist auch Neuheit gegeben.

Nicht wirklich. Man könnte evtl. auf die Klingel ein Patent bekommen aber nicht auf das Fahrrad und Klingel.
