Update for all the Redditors reading this:

I would like to point out that I'm of course also reading the threads on Reddit about this topic which is why I want to address the Reddit community this way too. While we are currently not participating actively on Reddit you can always use our three German support forums Computerbase.de, PCGH.de and HardwareLuxx.de to ask questions and create threads in English too.

Hello @Caseking-Mike , was there any updates yesterday regarding MSI drop? I saw you wanted to update on it in one of the forums.
On friday Alternate had MSI Trio drop, yesterday mindfactory had MSI Trio for whole 3h in stock. I wonder if you guys received drop from MSI as well.

We are doing everything we can to keep things in motion and everyone safe. Everyone who can work from home is working from home. The safety measures in our logistics centres have been increased a lot already earlier this year and our personnel is used to it by now.

Edit: I think one of your colleague replied to my request. Order is canceled and money should be refunded shortly.
How long it is usually takes? I paid via bank transfer.

if we already got your bank account data (which I could check, but you have to send me a PM with your customer number), then it'll take 5-7 business days. Please note that we cannot extract your bank account data from your payment alone.

The refunding process takes a bit longer because we're getting countless cancellation and order change requests right now, so I have to ask for some patience.

Hi Vladimirs,

We need your bank data in order to issue the refund first. You should've received an email from us regarding that as well already. The SEPA transfer to another EU country will also take longer than one day sometimes.
